Quansheng UV-K5 modified for HF
Quansheng UV-K5 modified for HF receive with the SI4732. This has a separate HF antenna port (SMA Male) and increased audio and comes loaded with firmware CEC_0.51HF

Specifications
HF receive up to 150khz to 30Mhz (USB/LSB & CW)

It also covers 2m/70cm AM/FM/SSB TX, air band, 6m, 23cm receive FM/AM/SSB/CW

Being a handheld these transceivers are really convenient when out and about. The modification is a bit tricky unless you have the correct equipment.

This one is fully modified and ready to go..

The modification replaces the existing broadcast FM chip but all the 2M and 70CM functionality remain in addition to being able to use 2m and 70cm SSB

The modification PCB includes addition of an SMA connector and lead so an HF antenna can be mounted or connected separately from the VHF antenna

Being inexpensive they are the ideal radio to take on holiday or simply for monitoring the HF bands when out and about, walking the dog?

Paypal gift payments sometimes called "Friends and Family" should be avoided by buyers as you have very few rights for payments made in this way. Also such payments will be outwith Paypal's terms of service for the seller.
If things go wrong I recommend the Small Claims Court online process. It is cheap, easy and very effective. The fee is added to the claim so if the Court finds in your favour it costs nothing.
