Here we have a clansman 320 in great condition


This has also got the rare LSB mod installed ….see switch on front panel


This also has had all the dodgy capacitors changed in the synthesiser ….it was also fully serviced at the same time ….see pictures of internal


The LSB and capacitors replacement and servicing was carried out by a ex military service technician who used to work on these sets for a living .


Since I purchased it ….i have added the following


2 new old stock 28v batteries from a army surplus dealer …both batteries hold full charge ….these are the 5 amp batteries not the 4 amp ones

I also purchased at the same time a battery charger …this will charge the battery’s …led shows red …when charged led goes green .


When I bought it it was supplied with following


Handset with press to talk


Speaker with lead and volume control ….the clansman will drive this directly …no need for a amplifier


Headset with microphone….i have never used this .


Antenna and antenna bracket …..see on line for using this with built in atu


Clansman genuine battery lead with clips to connect to a 24- 28v battery or psu if desired .


The pictures of the internal LSB modifications and the synthesiser boards etc were taken by the supplier/ technician….there are tamper strips which they fitted and I have not removed …


Selling because need the funds for another project


This maybe not the cheapest clansman 320 on sale ….but it comes with all the extras , LSB mod , new battery’s and charger , and speaker , fully serviced with all these you would have to supply your self if you bought one from a dealer


Please read the online manuals and information on these sets if you are not familiar with using them


Collection welcome from north Essex / Suffolk border ….postage is quite high as the set and battery’s are quite heavy .
