If user names and passwords are necessary for the "Members" portion of the TTC website......At what point in the membership application process are they issued to new members and if the user name and password are changed by the TTC for whatever reason (BTW the password is still 2004ttc), what is the process for notifying current members?
What does a member do if he/she has forgotten the user name and password? Keep in mind that some people are reluctant to divulge their e-mail addresses, otherwise notification could be made via e-mail in most cases. Suggestion: Keep it simple and post this info on the notice board at the club, and e-mail where possible. Just a thought.
