Photography
I notice from the Loudwater website that if you wish to take photo's or video you now need to seek permission from the parent club. They have introduced this to protect the welfare and reduce the risk of abuse to young children. On this website I have a photo album featuring as many of our games as I can get to, although we have no formal club policy on photography, I rarely state the players name and when I do it is only their first name and would certainly not include any 'distasteful' photo's. Following an objection by some parents from a visiting club, we discussed the publishing photos at a recent club meeting and all the managers believe the players enjoy seeing pictures of themselves, but that we should inform the opposition. Do any of our parents have any concerns with the photo's featured on this website?, I would be interested in your opinions. |
