On Friday, January 2, 2004 at approximately 6:30 PM a HUSH fell over the crowd rushing into the Show Place Arena in Upper Marlbor MD. What caused this phenomenon? The GLORIUS tones of Vanessa Williams singing "Holy Thou Art God". As the crowd was entering the Show Place Arena for New Year's revival, videos were being shown on the 3 huge screens in the seating area. As Vanessa Williams began to sing, you could feel an almost electric charge zinging through the air and as her voice rose with the spirit of praise and worship, some 2000 people fell totally still and silent, riveted to the screen as she sang. Amazing how something so beautiful can move you to the point where you can not move at all. It was a beautiful thang! If you missed it, shame on you!
