Message:		When it came time to vote on the 4 on 4 off for the tour workers, we were told that the maint. imployees could vote on it because we were one union and that some maint. person may go onto shift work as per. Shift Millwright or Electrician.... We do also have the ability to bid into maintenance, don't we????
