Siltation problem
I have had an idea about how to handle siltation problem for 25 years. Problem is also how to disclose it and to whom and secure not being side-tracked later. I believe it is worth trying and can only do good. Sanmexia site would be perfect. I hold PhD in mechanical engineering and have designed advanced steam generator - boiler that saw first service in USA in 1999 (www.wargaboiler.com). Look forward to hear comments. |
