I was hoping you might be able to mention the event on air. There will be 10 Boys teams and 3 girls teams from AR, TN and MS. If you have some time drop by and check it out. The Arkansas Teams are Tiger U19 Rugby Club from Little Rock, The Cabot Pirates U19 RFC, and The Benton County Blues from Rogers. The Tigers has players from Central, Hall, Catholic, Episcopal, Little Rock Christian and PA. The Pirates have players from Cabot HS and Vilonia HS and Benton County has players from a number of NW Arkansas High Schools. The TN teams are predominately from Memphis but there is are also teams from Brighton and Arlington TN. The MS team is from Jackson. The pertinent info is below and also on the attached flyer. * Matches start at 10AM and the last match ends at 3:45. * The event is being held at the Little Rock Rugby Complex on Pratt Rd across from Daisy Bates Elementary School. Directions can be found at www.littlerockrugby.com * The event is free and open to the public. I’ve also got the next wager for you guys- either between the three of you, or with Baz and the morning show. Whatever the next big bet is, the loser has to practice and play a match with the Little Rock Men’s Rugby Club. You guys are all still fit enough to play and it would make for some fun radio listening to whomever it is relate their experiences as a rookie rugby player. Thanks!
