Smoke out 4
This past Sunday, the UGWA moved to a new yard. I know, anyone who saw the place we were wrestling before would probably ask why the hell we'd want to move from such a perfect spot, but then again anyone who saw that yard pobably met the reason we moved, and understands. The UGWA moved out of the "Malice" yard because we were being made out to be backyard wrestling *****s by The "Land Lady". Heres what happened: In May at the UGWA's 2005 Rumble, I found out we were being booted from the old UGWA Arena, so I asked everyone in attendance if they had a yard we could use, Mark Joseph volunteered his yard, and of course we accepted. We wrestled there for a little longer than a month, and everything was going good, then he moved to a new place. After some bull****(see Slash's Smoke Out 2) we wound up at his new place which was ******* perfect for wrestling. We had a pit surrounded by a bleacher like landscape, topped off by a patio over looking all of San Jose. I thought our luck was about to change, I didn't know how right I was. It was gonna go from bad to worse real **********ing quick. After like 2 shows MJ's Mom said she wanted money for us wrestling there, since we were wrestling "everyweek" and all. ****, I planned on having shows everyweek, so I understood,even if she was the first person to ever charge us, I understood.... until she said she wanted $10 a head for every guy on my roster and in the crowd.....WTF! After some negotiations, and believe me this was like getting my teeth yanked out with pliers, we talked her down to $40 a month. I think we pulled off one show after she told us this, but right after that, the call started. ******** about every little thing, and then making up **** to ***** about AFTER she ran out of the **** she thought up before she called me! The next weekend we showed up, but no one was home. We ended up having to cancel at the last minute....this was something we got pretty used to the next couple of months. Then, before the next week came around I started getting calls, as late as midnight from MJ's mom telling me I better pay her, well she managed to stretch it out til my voice mail cut her off, but you get the picture. Anyways, we payed her, but we still didn't end up having anouther show for like a month. We Pulled off New Years Evil by sheer luck. Hardly any build up, but we still put on a hell of a show, then nothing again. She would continuously leave town or do whet ever she was doin on Sundays Screwing up our show, and when we did squeeze a show out she'd come out making everyone feel uncomfortible or calling to ***** at me for some random **** WHILE WE WERE FILMING!!! This was pretty much how it was going for a little longer than two months. Then she had the nerve to ask for her $40. After Having 2, maybe 3 shows in almost 3 months she wanted us to pay her for nothing! And she had some weird ass logic that justified this! Don't ask me to explain it, I'd try to talk to her about it, but I'd get better results talking to the log floating in my can right before I flush. At this point we realized, it was time to get the **** outta dodge. I told MJ "Don't tell your mom, but we're coming to get our mats n we're out!" Then, Sunday morning at 9am I get a call from his mom, "Mark Joseph told me you're taking the mats, that's fine but you still owe me my money." WTF?! I knew that **** was gonna happen, thats why I told MJ to keep it under wraps. So we go to get OUR **** and she's there asking for her money, so of course to avoid the predictable "You better pay me or I won't let you get you mats" we woulda heard if I said We weren't gonna pay her, I Lied. I said We needed to make two trips to get the mats, and I'd bring it on the trip back. We were only gonna make one trip though, this was all bull****, and it worked. We got our **** and got out. Later that day I get a call, from her and she says she's gonna sue me for not paying her. That's the most retarded **** I ever heard in my life. I would love to hear her justify how we owe her in court. She would go up there, say 2 sentences and the Judge would tell her she's a half tard and throw the case out. So I Say SUE ME, I DARE YOU! -SLASH OUT |
