Any backyard feds left in San Jose?
Hey guys; New to the backyard scene and this area. I was wondering if anyone still ran a decent backyard fed here in San Jose? The reason I ask is that I am interested in managing, if someone has a slot open and good talent to work with. First off I'm not young, being 40. Secondly I have some experience ringside with a couple of pro promotions back in the 80's. I was an occasional timekeeper for NWA Portland championship wrestling, when they did house shows in Washington state, reffed a match between then PNW heavyweight champion the Grappler and challenger The Assassin. I once stood in as flag bearer for Col De'beers, and for a little hole in the wall promo was a one shot manager for a tag team of heels. I loved that. A couple of years ago I was training with a wrestling school in washington for management, but lost my residence and had some health issues that made me drop out of the business. Now it's a just a love and hobby, but I miss working a crowd soooo bad. |

The only fed left in the San Jose area is the UGWA. They wrestle in East San Jose. Anthony is the contact for them (408) 509-2030 |
