Appalled
I have been thinking about this for 24 hours, and finally decided I would say something. I was appalled at the Dr. on the Contact Radio Show who made the remark something to the effect that Janet Reno had physical problems, because she was gay. I'm purposefully not mentioning his name, but for me he lost all credibility when he made this remark. He tried to recover his statement by saying it was "morals" he was concerned with and not "lifestyle." He wouldn't allow Cameron and Lucia to rebut his statement and kept talking so they couldn't say anything. I personally don't want to hear anything he has to say from now on. Even by his using the "morals" argument, he is saying all gays are immoral. I don't think there is anything he can say to recover from his statements. It is not Cameron and Lucia's fault in any way. They were blind sided by it. |

Hello Lightkeeper thank you for your post Yes we too were thrown off by our guests comment and will be addressing his meaning at some point, Lucia did manage to get in there with a comment and say ask him to say what he meant by that ... but everyone is enetiteld to their own opinion whethere we agree with them or not... as far as what he meant I do not want to defend him as he is a sponsor but at the same time I am going to call him before the next show and get this sorted out as that comment does not align itself with CTR |
