White abarth 500 parked on Moira main street this afternoon.
Needed a wash ;)
Nice to see the scorpion badge about.
Hi Robert,
Currently in for a timing belt service i believe, hopefully won't be long til it's back. In the mean time you'll see him floating about in the black 159 3.2 or me in my grey 159 as we use Station Road every day.
i take it your from pretty close by?? what are you driving and i'll keep an eye out and give u a wave sir!
Phil.
excellent, i'll keep an eye out.
i have heard there is a 500 in a shed at the other end of Belshaws Road from me, but haven't seen it yet.
Phil.
Saw a yellow Ferrari 456 driving along the Kings Road towards Dundonald ice bowl yesterday. Haven't seen one of these for a long time and can't remember the last time I saw a yellow one.
Tim
Saw a white Alfa 156 Sportwagon on the M2 this morning with either flames spraypainted or decals on the sides of it. BOKE
Aye Chris , that car was topic of much discussion a few years back. I think it was big Ian who summed it up best by saying it looks like something off the hotwheels collection.
It had disappeared for a while and I thought the owner had come to his senses and either resprayed or scrapped that particular eyesore but obviously not.
However, if infact It's a class project undertaken by one of the many local special schools then I take it all back! Bravo and keep up the good work boys and girls.
Passed this earlier today near ballymena.
The flames turn into a lion head near the back of the car....
Just got the car 1972 500f 2 owners from new spent 29 years of its life in Rome
Nice one Ken, hope to see it up close sometime.
Oh my God!
I only saw an F40 coming onto the M1 at Newry yesterday around lunchtime. It hovered beside me before it got an opening in the overtaking lane and took off. I could smell oil and unburnt fuel for the next mile!!
Intoxicating!!
These might be really common, but I saw a nice red Guilietta Cloverleaf parked at Craigavon Shopping Centre this afternoon.
Original 500 in red with rag top on Belshaw's Road sitting out in the evening sunshine.
if that was you Robert, we live on the same lane and that was me walking the two dogs yesterday evening.
either way, looks MINT!
Phil.
Yes, that's me. Give me a shout if you see me about. It's far from mint, but had just had a polish.
we live on the same lane then sir. that's why you've been seeing dad's Barchetta about.
if this **** rain ever clears up, i'll venture out for a walk with the pup again, so if i see you about i'll shout sir!
well, it looks pretty mint from the lane, so much so my mum walked our small dog and came back in saying "the 500 is out along the lane!!!"
Phil.
US Navy panda parked in St Anne's Sq tonight, spades and all
There was also a US cop car just outside but I think it was a ford.
Also followed a nice red X1/9 through Lisburn about a month ago.
do these count... near our place in italy..
Not sure if this counts, but on holiday in Tasmania at the moment.
I found an Italian car mechanic in Hobart. The place is coming down with Alfa's.
In addition to the nice stuff in his shed, I have seen a couple of GTV6's and GTV4's on the road. A few 75's, twinsparks and 3lt green cloverleaf. 2 or 3 33's as well.
A 116 Guiletta passed me on the road the other day, and today a blue 2lt Berlina saloon. Sadly with a boot spoiler attached, but at least it looks like it is used everyday.
There's a couple of Alfa 90's on the go as well.
Sorry no pictures, but no camera with me at the time.
A copper coloured McLaren MP4-12C passed me last night at 8.30pm on its way towards Killinchy/Balloo. I didn't know there were any McLarens in Ireland.
The back of it looks good, but otherwise it's looks are nothing to write home about.
Saw a red Coupe a few cars in front of me between Finaghy and Dunmurry this evening - same as mine but looked in better nick! Theyre getting pretty scarce.
White old skool Panda spotted last Friday come into city past Belvoir Park Hospital. Bald head behind wheel.
Have just realised that Robert & Naglebanger live less than a mile from me.
Small world and seems to prove that Ballinderry is indeed a centre of excellence of good taste
I've just been behind the most beautiful and concourse Alfa 75 on the way into Newcastle. It was black with bodykit and lovely alloys. It had a hollybrook motors decal on the bottlid and a nice EDZ 888 registration.
Anybody know it?
Saw white Lancia Beta Spider being trailored on the A1 @ Hillsborough one evening last week.Tow car had a northern reg.Someone got themselves a project?
Last summer I spotted a red roundback Spider at Hillview Nursery. A few weeks prior to that I spotted a light blue 750 Series Giulietta Sprint on the Antrim road near Chester's. It didn't have bumpers and it had numbers, which made me think it was visiting NI.
Last time he had it up for sale a few years ago they were looking £13K. Nice car, but don't see 75's commanding that price yet!!
Saw a very nice blue Ferrari 456 today on Church Road Newtownabby coming out of the Halfords car park
Maybe he was buying some wonderful Halfords bling
Pink LED ashtray for your Fezzer Sir?
Real reason I'm posting- Saw a really nice Guillietta coupe near Ballymena on Thursday.Looked to be in original (not restored)condition and was moving at a fair old lick!! I'd call the colour "strong" blue-very likemy GTA but non-metallic.Looked good!!
I think the guy in the Ferrari must have made a wrong turn there. I doubt there is any thing for sale in that center that would appeal to some one who drives a Ferrari. Unless he has dropped his standards???
Did that Giulietta Sprint have its bumpers on. I saw one a few summers ago on the Antrim Road without its bumpers. I really regret selling mine. Have you seen what they are selling for on the internet?
