Hi Folks,

We are going to need a minimum of 10 volunteers to turn up early (around 8-8.30am) at the Civic Centre on 31st May to help set up the event. Tasks will include setting up tables, club merchandise, bunting, club signs, signing in cars that arrive & guiding cars into position in the car park.

These "chores" will be delegated on the day depending on how many volunteers we have. In the meantime can you please reply to this post if you are able to make it early?

I'll be there early too. Hopefully we can do what we did last year and get Simon's van parked in the member's carpark at LVI on the Friday evening with ladders etc in it so we can move it over to the Gregg Street carpark first thing on the Saturday morning.
