Personal Injury Lawyer

I heard that you don't always need to run to a lawyer right away if you were injured in a traffic accident or, for example, at work. Sometimes you can settle everything with the insurance company yourself. But where is the line when you definitely need a Personal Injury Lawyer? For example, if the insurance company understates the amount of compensation - should you immediately involve a lawyer or first try to negotiate yourself? Or if there are some hidden injuries that appeared later - can the case be reviewed? Tell us in what situations did a lawyer really help, and when could you do without one?

Re: Personal Injury Lawyer

If you find yourself in a situation where your lawyer is doing a bad job, take a look here and read the information on the Shea & Shea Law page. This will help you understand why it is sometimes worth changing a specialist if he or she is not active. When it comes to choosing good lawyers, it is worth looking at those who have successful cases and understand local laws. For example, Shea & Shea specialists helped me a lot, because they have a clear system of work, in which it is immediately clear that the client will not be left without attention. After I contacted them, the case moved forward in a couple of weeks, although before that I had been simply waiting for a decision from the insurance company for more than a month.

Re: Personal Injury Lawyer

Honestly, I didn't even think about how important the work of Personal Injury Lawyer is until I came across this topic. It always seemed that insurance companies should automatically cover damages if there is obvious evidence, but as it turns out, in reality, everything is far from simple. Thanks for the discussion, now I know where to go if I suddenly encounter such a situation. It's good that there are specialists who really help, and not just promise!
