I know alot off peoble who has got problems even just to log into the zone,or reclaiming their old nicks
Best way I think,is that if You have an Hotmailaccount to use that/MSN service too log/reclaim into zone/old nicks
It worked first time for me and a few other friends who had problems getting into zone,got in using that

For those of you who had trouble reclaiming your nic, go back and try again. There were two nics I had trouble with, and I was now able to get one of the two back, so a little progress....
MSN even admits the problem in their FAQ
