Crewe Stone

Would anyone know the definitive answer as to whether or not the Crewe Stone has a public right of access, or if it is on private land?

Thanks

Hi there. The Crewe Stone is on private land. That land is still farmed.

I am under the impression that there is a public right of way granted as the stone is of historical significance. There is a metal stile in the hedge which could probably confirm this.

You may be best going to land registry and asking to see the files and maps!
