I have finally sorted out myself a photo bucket account tonight so I can finally show you a few photos of the anti-bulling Joseph coat that OH bought me for Christmas. Some of you may remember that I stood outside the stage door with Anita in the freezing cold to ask for him to sign it for me.
WOW! Jazzylou that is one fabulous coat.
Looks like a lot of work went into it, and the
end result is stunning, and to think Lee wore
it too. PHEW!
What a very special treasure to keep for ever.
Lucky Lucky Lady...
I know C Liz, the fact that I was there when he wore it on stage means as much as actually having the coat. I can still remember how it looked on him under those lights. I never dreamt that I would actually own it.
Beautiful Jazzy! The coats are made so well aren't they? I treasure mine and it is at this moment safely closetted in a see through cover in the bedroom so I can admire it without fear of damage and woebetide anyone who dare get near it without my permission
I have put it on a couple of times but only if I am feeling a REALLY bad 'Need for Mead' Most of the time I am content to look and dream of our boy wearing it on stage. Having Lee sign it on 9th January has made it that bit more special...sigh....Oh happy days!
Debs - I remember your lovely coat too - wonderful workmanship went into it.
I was lucky enough to see you in it at the Strand Palace Hotel if you remember. You looked fabulous.
Oh! lovely, lovely memories.
Yes, I remember Curly Liz . It was a wonderful weekend and one that I often think about. The atmosphere was electric and it will remain close to my heart for many years to come. Let's hope it's not too long before we all have another excuse to get together and support Lee
