Did anybody hear the 'Auction for things that money can't buy' this morning on Terry Wogan's Radio 2 show? It started off as an auction to have Aled Jones and Sharon Corr sing privately for the highest bidder. At 8.40 the bid was at 7k, then at 8.45, Aled Jones was being interviewed. He suddenly said he had managed to get somebody else to take part - and whilst he was going on about it, my heart skipped a beat thinking it might be Lee, seeing as how he has been on TV recently with Sharon - and daydreaming of how I could bid for us all to have a 'private' concert!!! Then, Aled said 'Hayley Westenra' as she is a good friend of his!!!!! Was telling OH when he got in saying I was about to dig deep into my credit card and asked if he could imagine Lee singing in the corner of our room - his reply was that he would go out!!!!!!Anyway, in the next 15 mins the bid went to 14k and then ended on 32k to 'Anon of Dumfrieshire'.
