Betsy's petname when she was inside was Teapot. I don't know where Shakira came from.

I think I remember Denise saying in an article that
she mentioned the name Shakira to Lee when they were
discussing names to see what his reaction would
be and he said to her No Way.

My sister would understand Denise's wish not to be the oldest mum at the school gates - she had her first (and last!) child at the age of 46, an unexpected but very welcome bundle of joy!
