I was just looking through some Lee pics & I have to say that some of my fave photo's are of Lee wearing his beanie hats.
They emphasize just how beautiful his facial features are.

My favourite beanie sighting goes way, way back, many years ago (well, 8, actually!) to the second audition ep of ADWD, when the boys went to ALW's castle in Ireland to do the concert. I couldn't find a VT of that specific bit, but it's in this vid of the first 3 ADWD eps. The first glimpse is at 1 hour 41 mins 33 secs, then at 1 hour 44 mins 1 sec, we see Lee on stage, clenchy jawed, intense and still wearing that beanie! Most men would look scruffy, but Lee looks like someone put a beanie on Michaelangelo's David!

I suc***bed to watching the rest of the vid, which includes the first live ep. Lewis has just said in his VT that he'd saw off his left leg for the role of Joseph. That doesn't sound desperate at all!

I have to say I am no fan of the beanie, preferring the unfettered curls , but there is one picture which I love, one Lee posted himself at the Coffee Shack in Plymouth last year:

A favourite Beanie photo of mine is of Lee in Maiden Lane, I think
it was October 2008 when he arrived for the matinee of Joseph but
he was quite poorly. He has a grey beanie on and a white track suit
type jacket, he looks up at the window as the cast shout out "love you
Lee" and he blows them a kiss.

Thanks Ladies for the lovely photos. Lee is one of the few people who can wear a beanie and still look good, particularly when those curls peep out the back.
