Like so many of the other posts from people tring remember a movie on "The CBS Children's Film Festival". I remember bits of the movie and would like to know what the movie was called.
All I remember is a little boy following a girl home for what appeared to be a long time. I suspect he had a crush on her. When she gets home to her appartment he watches her in the window from the street.
It sounds like it could be "Carole, I Love You " But I don't remember any bully.
