Right ive had a good sort out in the shack, and everything listed will be collection only due to previous postal issues..

FT-817ND.. Not boxed but works very well..
FT-1900 2M Radio.. took out of old car still works fine
IC 745 spare or repairs does work well but not on 12 or 10m might be something simple..
300W manual atu
100w auto atu good for portable
MFJ low pass filter
2x hf verticals
Atas 120a.. does work if good enough earthing..
30A PSU.. fan bit noisey but still all okay..

Looking for their name and details on QRZ, and more generally on Google, is often helpful but note that details online can often easily be falsified (e.g. on QRZ).
Paypal gift payments sometimes called "Friends and Family" should be avoided by buyers as you have very few rights for payments made in this way. Also such payments will be outwith Paypal's terms of service for the seller.
If things go wrong I recommend the Small Claims Court online process. It is cheap, easy and very effective. The fee is added to the claim so if the Court finds in your favour it costs nothing. Filing a claim takes around half an hour and the whole process is handled by the court - you do nothing else. https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money
