I found the website a useful resource to determine whether Psychotherapy could help me. Upon my intitial phone contact with Michael, he quickly determined if he would be able to help & to what extent.The sessions where structured around what could realistically be achieved with appropriate 'homework'. The end result has been extremely useful in helping to unlearn some of my behaviours & thinking which have caused me great distress. I feel better equipped with the right strategies to deal with issues and I am 'happier'. A sincere thankyou for your help. I hope others can benefit from your help

I Have been lucky enough to have been taken care by the Consultant clinical psychologist at Edgware Hopspital’s Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit post a major Brain Injury. The consultant, Jill Hazan, uses a CBT approach and I am just trying to find out a little more about it.
Jill has been wonderful, and her approach (I do not know if it is ‘pure’ C.B.T.) has been of great benefit.

How self obsesec can a man be ~ pictures of self on EVERY page?? and so obvivously a face not to be trusted. Have 'suffered' CBT for some time ~ useless to be complementary.If you are thinking of subjecting people to such a worthless concept, please, give the world a break & DON'T!

information about Christine Padeski and the foundations and development of CBT I am writing a paper on it's use and benefits but can't seem to access a great deal of information.
