I just became aware of your music today. Wow! Great songwriting, harmony and everything! You guys just blew me away! Why haven't I heard of you guys before now? I see you've been putting albums out since 1976. I wish I could buy your whole discography but I just seem to be finding only 2 CDs that are available: "The Best of Liverpool Express" and one called "Once Upon A Time". Will ALL of the stuff be available on CD soon? Take care and keep making that great music.

Just looking at TOTP 1976 on BBC. I remember I was a barmaid at the 'Star and Garter' in Liverpool in late 75/early 76 when Lpool Exp used to play live. They were great nights, thanks.

I am finding very hard to get the song "Wherever You Are" from your (Once Upon a time CD) on itunes or MP3 download. It is sad that the CD is so expensive on Amazon £22+ It is one of my favourite songs as well as Every Man Must Have A Dream.

I have special memories in the Group Liverpool Express with the song "You are my love" from the year 1976 because I was in the waiting for to make my first trip to england. When I arrived in a little town called Faversham the song was in the Top 10 from the UK chart already. And yes I pushed the button from the music box in a pub for to listen you are my love ....and was dreaming for to have a love by my side... but was a single person to this days.
For you all the best wherever you are..... love still the music you made...
but is schade I cannot buy the last record - is not yet to buy in the stores.

My friend Lorraine and I were just the craziest fans of Liverpool Express whilst growing up. It takes me back and gives me a smile, even if it is a bit sad that we are all growing old! I suppose at least we are doing it all together and we'll always have a good taste in music. Keep on rockin'

What is it about that song, "You are my Love" ? It was on 1976 Top of the Pops the other night and it has wormed it's way inside my head. It is the most simplistic, beautiful masterpiece! Takes me back to childhood and just melts the heart. This is a pure underated classic. Thankyou for such a joyous song. Great band, vocals, production. Tracking down the back catalogue now! x

Saw you on a 76 episode of TOTP aired late last night on BBC4. 'You are my love' - what a great song - sounds really contemporary. A very indie sound like it could have been recorded this year. Reminded me almost of the Stone Roses. Great stuff, Cheers

First of all, I'd like to congratulate you all for everything you've done for music in general and in second place I'd like to ask you to post the bass tabs from your songs. I mean, its almost impossible to get them on the internet and the bass sounds particulary lovely on LE songs.
