hi glenn, i have really enjoyed your website and your thorough research in to the history of languages, which is really a history of civilisation. but i find it proposterous that you of all people should have a flag signifying a specicific country on your home page, i find it a contradiction of the point of your website. you well know that we as humans are from one place and language, hence labels for land masses, were assigned much later.

I found just what i was looking for... I love looking up word eptymologies etc, and have noticed very many language similarities and have been wondering the different language roots. It is neat how language evolves with history. Wish I had a class I could take that included this sort of stuff.
